I'm getting a root canal in early october for my cavity.
I have a very low pain tolerance, and have had TONS of fillings, cavities, crowns and such, but the procedures are a blur to me now, I don't remember much of anything.
My dentist put in a temporary filling today, [which hurt like h*ll, as they had to rinse with VERY cold water and shove it down in there to make it stay.]
My main concern is the needles before the procedure.
Will the procedure be done in one visit, with only one set of needles?
Is there any ways to numb me without needles that is covered by common insurance?
Will I be numb enough that I wont feel the injections?
HELP.
