I think I ate too many foods and drank too much pop that eroded the enamel from my teeth. It's not eroded that much, but it's just visible.

Is there anything I can do to get it back?

No...I've been a hygienist for 30 years and i have never seen anyone who got back any enamel they lost. It's just not possible. The enamel of the tooth forms on the tooth before it erupts. Whatever you did or didn't do to loose that can't be changed. Just try to have good habits in the future so you don't loose more. Tooth colored filling material can be placed in those areas most visible to give you back your smile if needed. Sorry.

no. Your enamel is formed before your teeth erupt from the gums.

pronamel toothpaste says it will help with tooth enamel. there is also a mouthwash/rinse that is supposed to help. I can't think of the name, though.
