LOL! That happened to when I had braces too because the dentist had this thing covering my plate that I had to tighten up everyday to help straighten my teeth faster . Sorry but everything will get stuck. Even mashed potatoes and fruits.
I've never heard of a implant that covers the palate but I suggest experimenting with soft foods first and then harder foods to see what you can tolerate.

Think about the foods yu ate which go stuck and don't eat these until the implant gets a crown.

NO TACOS!!! THEY BRAKE eat most liquids through a straw try cutting your food into smaller portions DO NOT EAT HARD STUFF bannanas may get stuck but try chewing with the back of your teeth

uhmm eat porridge or soup. eat something that you dont haf to chew so it doesnt get stuck or hurt (: after a week or 3 days after tightening braces or getting braces try and chew some food thats not too hard

you can eat a lot of things, and if it gets stuck, use that thing which is kinda like a xmas tree and wash it off in the sink. eat soup and drink juice jamba juice, if u want a treat. if you're gonna eat celery, meat or carrots, chop it up into little peices and for meat, "dissect" it with your knife and fork, b careful wit bones.

soup... and carry a toothbrush around with you so when you eat sandwiches and stuff u can brush it out
