You need to go to your dentist and have the cavities filled.
Small cavtities left untreated will usually eventually need to be root canalled because the decay spreads down into the nerve. The root canalled teeth usually have to be capped, also.
And if the cavity is left untreated too long, it may eventually need to be extracted. Replacing missing teeth is time consuming and expense and so are root canals and caps, so why not pay a few dollars now to save a nearly perfect tooth??
Best wishes!

Fluoride can help if its just demineralisation without any cavitation of the enamel. But when there is already a cavity, its best to go to ur dentist to get it filled. even if the caries become arrested, the cavity would become a place for plaque retention n it can make the cavities bigger as the lesion starts progressing. n a small cavity does not always means tat the lesion is small, cos once the decay reaches the underneath dentine, it starts to progress sideways n the cavity can b a huge one whn we open it up. so best to get ur dentist advice then to regret after the decay reaches ur nerve n u end up if worse condition n pain n cost more for ur treatment.

Only a dentist can remove decay once it's formed. Using fluoride rinses, like ACT or Trident gum will be futile.
