Dental - August 2007

I'm not positive the tooth is infected.

My molar on the upper left(mine) in the far back has an aching pain that gets worse if i bite down on something and is cold/heat sensitive.
My upper and lower jaw/gums/teeth stared to hurt about the same time.
Now for the other stuff that started at the same time.
My inner ear hurts to the point I really want to pass out or just die. my neck is extreamly soar. And the muscle point where your neck and shoulder meet is in a large hard knot.

The doctor told me it was a muscle spasm and gave me muscle relaxors. They help with the knot but nothing else.

Could all this be connected, or am I just really unlucky?

Any possible theories would be great and soon please!

I have an interdental lisp, meaning my tongue goes beyond my front teeth when I speak. Does anyone know how to get rid of it? Or make it less noticable? Or is it just my braces? I've only known about my lisp for about 5 months now, got my braces a year ago.

On one of my molars I have a vey thin blackish line. It is pain free so is it just a stain or is it a crack. Also on the same tooth, I have a really small black spot. You can't really see it unless you look real closely. It is pain free and not sensitive to anything. Should I tell the dentist about these things when I go for my cleaning or should I just leave it up to them to worry about? I mean, it's nothing serious right? Aren't they just harmless stains. I brush my teeth so much! I've never had a cavity. I brush so well in those areas, so what could it be? pleaze help me!

I got my wisdom teeth pulled on Monday, I had 6 of them though. It's Thursday and I haven't been able to have a full night of sleep ever since. I always wake up when my pain killers ware off. But when they do ware off I have a throbbing pain in my lower right side and sometimes the pain killers don't even help. I am in excruciating pain but mostly really early in the morning.

I'm going to see my dentist today at 3:30 but I'm wondering how long it will take to heal and if it sounds like I have a dry socket?

I am having this problem for more than 15 years but sometimes is worst now I can even hear in my ear like sand coming down something or little noises, This problem came to me because when I was pregnant I used to vomit alot and something happend to me jaw, but I dont know if this could be fix?

sucks to be me, but i don't have insurance and i have a horribly painful infected tooth, and nothing to take but regular tylenol. is there anything anyone knows of that will help? aside form a sledge hammer, of course!

I have some serious issues. The biggest issue is that even at the thought of a dentist I get hysterical and start crying before I get there. I have put off going becasue I am scared to be told I have to have all my teeth taken out. I have done some research on ssolutions but they costs a fortune I don't have .

I have a bridge and the two teeth holding it on have now broken and one of my last front teeth is busy breaking.

I don't want false teeth! What can I do??

I have a really tiny balck spot on one of my molars. It is completely pain free and is not sensitive to anything. On the same tooth I also have a faint black streak which is also pain free. I think these are stains. If they are cavities could they be filled with only a numbing gel if they are so small? pleaze help!

I recently started the process of getting braces. Before getting the braces on my orthodontist said I should go to get my teeth clean and any cavities filled in. Since my orthodontist had xrays I asked her if I had any cavities. She looked it over and said I had a tiny beginning of one but really it wasnt very big at all.

I found a coupon online for a teeth cleaning and went to get my teeth cleaned today and that dentist said that I had two cavities, one tiny one that he saw and one huge one inside my tooth that he said he saw on the xray that I should get filled before I get my braces on. Do you think he could be lying to get more money? He wanted $400 to fill both of the cavities, but when i mentioned that I couldnt do that he said $130 each.

I had a consoltation and made an appointment to have them removed but at the time I had a minor infection.

The surgery isn't for another 4 weeks, and the infection is getting worse and worse and going into my throat. Is there anything I can do to help the infection? They didn't give me a perscription or anything.

well i got my wisdom teeth extracted 6 days ago and some of the stiches came out and i got food in them and one i cant get the food out of one and the other a transparet pink thing came out of the other it did not look like blood but i dont kno do i have a dry socket and what do i do about the food and i dont even kno if its food i need help!!!
