Okay, you, or some one is paying for it... they won't give the money bac. Trust me, it's worth it. I hated them at first, but you get used to them pretty quickly...
ust be lucky you didn't have to go through the expander, and I don't know if you had to have a night brace...
but you should be glad your able to have braces,
Have you ever seen people walking around with teeth that overlap other so badly it's ugly?? You don't want to turn out like that
Trust me I've had my braces off for 2 years now and I'm soo glad I went through with it
it might hurt for a couple ays, but that's what pain killers and soft foods are for!!

I really don't think your parents will let them just take them off. If your mouth is sore take ibuprofen ever 4 hours for the day and next till pain subsides. Braces are not ugly, they are part of most teen ages life. Just look at the long run how nice your teeth will look in a couple of years. good luck

You can ask but I doubt they will remove them. I'm sorry you hate them. But just think, when it is all over you will have a GREAT and BEAUTIFUL smile.

Why do you hate them? Is someone making fun of you? Or is it just plain uncomfortable and they hurt?

If they hurt, talk to your dentist about some things you can do. Maybe an adjustment?

If someone is making fun of you, just ignore them. They are just jealous of that beautiful smile you are going to have and they are not.

Good luck and I hope you don't hate them soon.

Do you know lots of girls in Japan pay to have fake braces put on because they think they are cute (and Western) even when they don't need them?
Use your head. You will very glad in the long run. Nobody cares that you have them. I got them and my brother refused and how we are both grown up and he always regrets it and hates his crooked teeth as an adult. Keep them on and you'll be glad you did.

you will look far better if you smile instead of trying to hide them all the time. it's how you feel about yourself, and most other people probably think well of you for trying to fix things.

why don't you ask some MEN what they think of you and your braces, do a video on youtube and ask people what they think. You'll be suprised. people will be honest.

it depends on the person honestly some people dont' look that great with them, but most women look fine with them.
It doesn't matter, if Jessica Alba had braces she'd still be gorgeous. it wouldn't matter.

Most people hate them when they first get them. It's foreign and weird and sharp. Talk with your dentist about making them more comfortable. My sister used to put wax on hers to help out. It will definitely take some getting used to, but hang in there. You'll enjoy the end result one day. Best Wishes!

Lala, I know some in their thirties that have braces, I wouldn't, although you could have them removed, let them stay for two years and see what happens a lot of people have braces and come out ok. Friend Jimmy.

Sure, you can always ask. But first you have to get an appointment. Then, you'd better be the person who paid or it's not happening.
