ok i know that i can start when im 14 or even 15. but is there any way to speed up getting it? im afraid that i might start at school . its happened to a few girls at my school and it's really embarassing. ive had everything else happen to me in puberty height change hair, everything. except this. help please!

Ok so i have had my period for a couple yrs but i know want to use tampons cuz all my friends use them and say they can't even feel them, so i tryed askin my mom but she said she dont know cuz she never uses them, well i was brave lol and tryed stickin it in there but i'm not sure like where to put it in, i kno its supposed to go in a whole, but idk. also i have tried several times tonite in several positions but it wont go in all the way, am i supposed to push it in like hard or something?? it doesnt really hurt trying to put it in i just dont know how to.....please help me! i have a mission of putting a tampon in.... tonite!!!

i was wondering if by law can a person with this condition be capable to raise a child even though they are very dangerous? my neighbor is schizo and i fear for her children!! i have called family and children services more than once and they do NOTHING!! she treatings to kill herself and i really believe that one day she will hurt her kids!! can she really be allowed to have her kids even though she has problems like this?

I visited my dr. and got started on BC and b/c I've never been intimate the dr. asked for me to come back in Jan for the pap smear and I'll be 21 in March and waiting on my fiance to get here from Greece. So my Mom told me it will hurt if I don't use some kind of artificial stimulation or my fiance one if he's here, not that my Mom is the type to encourage sex be4 marriage but she says if i don't do something the dr. will and have no mercy. What would ya'll do? I'd rather dig the ditch in my own way then let the dr. do it, if u get me. But to me doing a vibrator or my fiance isn't right either way. Please help Btw as if u couldn't tell i know some ppl wouldn't think this is a hard decision but i'm the type of girl that would rather wait on sex till I'm married so it's more sacred and meaning not to sound corny or anything. I sleep on my side, and recently ive been getting pains in my back, and i need to flip sides to get 45 seconds of relief before the other side hurts. it feels like bone pain, mainly a little below the shoulder blade, and i cant tell if its a rib or my backbone. I've had muscular pains in the recent past, so could this possibly be linked-maybe nerve problems? also, i've been getting these pain since my appendectimy in 2004, could it also have to do with that? you're help would be appriciated

I started about a month ago doing 100 situps & 100 pushups everynight b4 i go 2 bed i take a multi vit & i do an hour of sports @ skool everyday
there is noticible improvement i was wonderin wat other steps i need 2 take 2 get more improvement

i wont use weights & im in high skool so i dont have alot of time

okay. so for the last couple weeks i've been getting dizzy and light headed. like i'll get really dizzy and feel off balanced and it takes me a couple min. to be able to see things not dizzy what could be wrong? it scares me.

I was on fenugreek when I was 15 because someone told me that it can make your breasts grow bigger. Its a stupid reason but I was young. Anyways, I always struggled with my weight. I am always about 90 pounds and can't gain weight no matter how hard I try. I used to drink boost shakes 3 times a day and even that didn't help.
So I remember when I was on the pills, I had a bigger appetite and my weight went up to 107 pounds. I was really happy and felt good about my body for the first time. Do you think its the pills that made me gain weight? I had stopped taking them after about 5 months for some reason that I can't remember.../
So could it have been the pills?

Okay, I just called her and she sounded really sick. I asked her what's wrong and she said her stomach really hurts and she can barely walk. About a month ago she had to get this surgery that had a risk of her dying. She said she didn't want to take the chance, so she didn't take it. She had to get this surgery because she doesn't eat much which made holes in her intestines; my grandma told me this I don't know what causes holes in intestines. My father and I tried to tell her to eat everyday cause sometimes she doesn't eat for a day or two! She said she can't eat because she has no appetite when she's alone. I only visit her once every week. I can't go there everyday because of school.

the thenur muscles of the palm side are swollen. He complains of pain (initially going up arm-that has stopped). Too painful to put ice on. His whole hand is now cold (several hours later) and the other hand is warm. Any comments, suggestions?
