I have a gap between my two front teeth, and it bothers me. I want to get it fixed and I've been considering porcelain veneers. I'm curious to know what it's like to have them, does the dentist drill your teeth, how long do they last, how many trips to the dentist it takes to get them on, how long in between trips to the dentist it is, and how they look when they're on?

Also any personal stories about getting a gap fixed are always welcomed!

Please answer this, I'm really curious about it, and would like to act fast on getting my teeth fixed. I've lived with this long enough.

Also sorry about how many questions I've asked, I just want to know about them.

1) Even though the recommended dietary intake for carbs is 55 to 60 percent of the daily caloric intake, why do carbs account for less than 3 percent of our total body weight?

I have pain on my sides technically on my side ribs. I also have mid back pain. And I have shortness of breath. Sometimes the left or the right side of my head hurts (on and off). Sometimes sharp pains on/under clavicle (collar bone). Im also experiencing dizziness and nausea. And my heart sometimes beats fast.

Whats wrong with me?

a urine test showed clear but a swab showed signs of bacterial vaginosis? My Dr said no treatment would be required as it is something that will go on it's own, he although have me cannestan pessaries to calm the irritation...Snce then it's worsened and i'm in agony... Ok well I got my period on Sept. 24- Sept. 30.
Sept. 30 was a Sunday so I started taking birth control. I messed up that week because I kept forgetting to take the pill at the time I was supposed to so I stopped taking it on Oct. 6.
On Oct. 9 I got my period again. It ended on Oct. 13-14.
Now its Nov. 25 n I haven't gotten my period. I don't know if it's because I got it twice in a month. I took a pregnancy test and it came out negative. I've been cramping but I don't get my period. I just discharge. Can someone tell me why please!!!

Which birth control method is the best? I have been on the Patch for about 2 months and stopped after i broke up with my ex. My boyfriend wants me to get the shot but i am worried because my friend was on it, and she gained a lot of weight and bone issues. He doesn't trust the pill, because a couple of his friends have gotten pregnant while on the pill. I am thinking about going back on the patch but afraid of getting blood clot. I'm on my second month for taking birth control and I had breakthrough bleeding a couple weeks ago. Today is the first day I should get my period but I didn't get it. Now, a few months later, her facebook profile states that she is in a relationship. I am absolutely devastated and am in shock. I feel numb to the world and am anticipating a long night of terrible dreams. I am afraid to go to sleep. But I must sleep to perform my duties tomorrow. I am falling apart. I been going to bed early lately and waking up real early which is a good thing so i wont' be late for work. When noon comes around and im at the office i feel so tired that i need to lay down.
