Maybe you're stressed or a little depressed, or both.
Do you do any exercise? Do you eat right? Little things add up.

Well, several different things can cause fatigue. Just because you have been going to bed early and waking up early, does not guarantee energy. Eat a proper breakfast, so that way you have plenty of energy to burn throughout the day, snack a little bit in between meals to keep your energy up. DON'T DO ENERGY DRINKS, because these will give you a quick boost and then a crash. Consult your doctor about the fatigue because it could be low-blood sugar and that can lead to dizzyness, fainting, and all kinds of other bad mojo. Talk with your doctor, start eating a good breakfast, avoid lethargic foods (ex. greasy foods, fatty foods, things with no nutritional value, etc.)

well for most people they get tired like that around 3-ish. so maybe for you it is 12 instead cause you've altered your sleep/wake patterns by going to bed & getting up early?
if you are REALLY fatigued then it could be your diet. keep some mixed nuts or a jar of peanut butter at your desk. i would eat a handful or 2 of nuts or have some peanut butter off a spoon when i got real tired. nuts are a great energy boost. either that or have coffee or tea ( be forewarned that you'll probably get dependent on the caffeine though).

It could be a for a host of reasons. But here is something you can try: Do some sort of aerobic exercise in the morning before breakfast. Eat more protein and less carbs for breakfast. And if you start to tire around noon grab have another protein packed lunch. Good luck.

Are you sleeping well? Or is something waking you up in the middle of the night?
It also might be that you need more than eight hours of sleep every night (or whatever you're getting), or you could be coming down with an illness.
If you live near a hospital that does sleep studies, you might want to think about getting one.

Possibly a fast blood sugar drop. It depends on what you had for lunch. Stay away from sweets and carbs (which changes to glucose) You get a rush of energy from the sugars but then it drops suddenly and makes you tired.
It would be a good thing to see a doctor for this as you could be diabetic or have anemia.
Best of luck!!

You might be lacking of a certain protein or vitamin, Make sure you have 8 hours of sleep. Make sure not to be stress about certain things, and relax. Go to a gym to burn some calories and relax in the steam room. Stress plays a big role in being tired and other physcological effects.
