Exercise early in the morning. Meditate in the morning at least 20 minutes. Have sex in the morning too.
There is a constructive way to rest and get rid of your stress beyond the three major factors. Lie on your back on a hard surface. Have your knees bent at a 90 degree angle. Have your arms resting across your chest. Do that for about 10 minutes. Try to go to sleep after that. Your stress should be gone, and you should have a restful night's sleep.

Haha, that warm milk crap sooo doesn't work. I know how it feels to not be anble to sleep, it's awful, huh? Just try to relax, I'd hate to ask you what you're family problems are so, I suggest you try SITTING in a quiet, dark room and try to think about something that usually help you feel good. Try thinking of a half-full glass of water, rather than a half-empty glass of water. Also, try not to eat or drink anything besides water before you go to sleep. It could be that you're not used to having home-problems so, you're maybe drinking or eating a little more than usual, so, try that then maybe you'll get to sleep a little quicker.
I sure do hope I helped :]

Before you go to bed just have some time to yourself. Like take a bath or just do something to help you relax. When in bed listen to some music and turn off any bright lights. Just basically try to switch off your mind, it is the best way to get to sleep! Well thats what i find anyway!! hope this helps you out

I have the same problem also. If you don't want to get drugs, try relaxation tapes or sounds of nature. Sleeping pills are not a bad solution for the short term. Just be careful with them. I resisted them & pain pills for a long time. I have them now, but only use them when I really need them.

well if you dont want to medicate, try some yoga, getting a massage, to help you relax, excerise. I ended up getting a WII and it helps out alot with the stress especially the boxing...lol. but seriously try the massage, it makes a difference, and you think you cant afford it, if your town/city has a massage school go there, some of them have the best intern student massage and there really cheap like 35 for a full hour.

Just try to relax yourself. And once you are completely relaxed, try going into the position you normally sleep in and close your eyes. Don't think about sleeping, because then you won't fall asleep. Try to occupy your mind with something else while you are laying down with your eyes closed. But not something that will aggravate or upset you. Then you eventually drift off to sleep..

The synthetic mild from the pc reveal (or even your mobile) can scale back melatonin (the sleep hormone) creation on your frame. Try taking a melatonin suppliment. I take 1mg melatonin on nights that I can not sleep and it really works like a allure! The most effective downfall to taking melatonin is if you're taking it each night time your frame gets used to it and you're going to have got to broaden how so much you're taking. I attempt to most effective take it from time to time. I additionally love scorching tea containing camomile to support me calm down. Sleepy Time Tea with honey is amazing. :)
