im 15 but how come when im not erected it gets relle small to about 2 inches somtimes

so you actually measured it? for any man when it's not erect it can go down to that size, especially after a cold water experience.

DUDES if your 15 thru 18 your still going through puberty and and your unit will grow more and your nuts will hang lower. BUt your going to get what you get because it is all pretermined by your gene pool what ever your Dad had and uncles is probibly the size you will be
