maximum individuals will say excuse me for the 1st 2, yet no longer for the final one. I say excuse me for all 3, and have definitely been thanked for announcing it for a sneeze. My logic- i did some thing involuntary that could have offended (or given somebody else a chilly!) i will pass forward and excuse myself.
