i am 64 and i think i stepped the wrong way, i have a small slight pain on the outside part of my knee down the bottom side toright side of ankle... can someone tell me exactly whay i might have hurt? muscle? tendon? ligament? name of it?... and what can i do to help it out?... its not swollen at all its just a very slight pain.. ice and elevation seemed to help...please assit me further..thx so much

okay need peoples honest opinion...
i gave birth 3 month ago and recently have been having a really slimey discharge when wiping myself...it isnt thick or fragrant like a yeast infection but its as if someone has blew their nose on the tissue!! im sorry its graphic but more info means a more accurate answer!!!
if youve given birth its kinda like the show you get before labour, theres not really any colour to it either..
has anyone else had this and if so what was it could it be my hormones after the baby being all over or is a sign of something else...?
p.s. im mid cycle now and on the contraceptive pill if this is any help...:-/

I really want to get myself fit but I really cant afford the gym at the moment. I'm looking to shed a few pounds and tone up also. Can anyone recommend a good all round exercise I can do on a regular basis? I am quite unfit at the moment so running for 30 mins isnt really an option for me yet! i got my teeth pulled today and it didnt realli hurt after i got them pulled... later in the day it started to hurt a little so i took a motrin ib. and it felt better for a lilttle bit..now it hurts even more..why is the pain getting worse, and when will it go away.

The pain i have are 4 disc's in my back that are split and the liquid inside is coming out and touching my spinal cord, this is very painful most of the day. I have been sack from my job and now I am finding it very hard to get any work. Is there something I can take or do to help with the pain ?

...that the CAT scan did not show everything? I know the doctor knows how to read the scan, and I don't, but I am concerned that there may be something wrong with my brain. I hope not, as he said the scan looked fine with no problems. Should I press for an MRI. I am taking Avelox for infection and antivert for dizziness. I am still pretty worried. Please, serious answers only. Thank you.

impact 50 mph cut out of car..worried they will not cover chiropractic...I only had liability and state minimum of $5000 in insurance on me..xrays and cat scans over $6000 alone plus three days in hospital...I did not go to rehab as recommended to try to save money hoping they will cover some chiropractic..my medicaid will pay some but the hmo is cheap and rejects everything..what can I do to help help my muscles and ligament and such on my own..I am in a lot of pain..
