No hun you can take a bath. It might even help your cramps. I used to take warm baths all the time for menstrual cramps. You won't get soap "up there"

No the soap wont. Yes have ur bath without a tampon then just put a new one in after. A warm bath should ease the cramps.

You should use a tampon while in the bath as your flow WILL still go into the bath water (it does NOT stop nor does it slow down, it only gets dispersed into the water).
If you don't want to use a tampon, take a bath without it but SHOWER the water off of your body when you rinse.

Yes, go ahead and take that warm bath...it will do wonders for the cramps and will also help relax you.
You don't need a tampon in when you are bathing...even if soap did get in there, it won't do any harm.

No more soap will get up inside there when you're having your period then gets up there when you're NOT having you're period. It's not a big deal. Take a bath, and enjoy it! (Although wearing a tampon will keep you from staining your towel when you're finished.)

It's safe....I personally use a tampon just because I don't want to bleed into the water I'm bathing in...but if you don't mind that...it's safe. Don't worry about it.
It will probably help cramps too.

A nice warm bath will help sooth your cramps.
Don't worry about the soap. It is no different than any other time.
