ok so i work out and i have an athletic body i've been exercising and dieting and my stomach is ROCK hard when i flex the problem is that i have a bunch of loose skin and fat on top of it that you cant tell...when i suck in i have a 6-pack so how do i lose this skin and fat??

Do you do cardio when you work out? To get rid of the outer layer of fat on your stomach you need to cut down on your overall body fat percentage. Try to get in 45-60 mins of cardio 4-5 times a week.

If, after all you've done...work out, eat right, etc...and it's still there, then accept it for what it is...a part of you. Be happy u have what u have ...and don't have what u don't have.....i.e., healthy fit body, not some illness or injury that keeps u from doing certain things...

weight watchers is a good diet also exercise regularly
