I have anxiety and depression, and take meds for it. I would rather not take meds, but find other things that are more natural, like exercise, eating right, etc. I know these things help, but my life is too chaotic right now to try and wean off the meds and start something else. The others are right, call your doctor, but as with anything else, do some research on your own to make sure you are knowledgeable about the subject of anxiety. It helps to know what is going on with you when you know a little about the subject.
Here is a web site that could help a little

Good luck. Blessings

Call your doctor and if you need it he/she can refer you to a specialist. I also suffer from anxiety, so I know how difficult it can be.
But the one thing that I think is really important is that if they put you on any meds make sure they really explain everything to you.
I was put on a really strong medication and I was so miserable I just took it without really asking any questions. A while later when I wanted to get off of it I was really surprised at how difficult it was. I wish my doctor had discussed the potential for addictiveness with me.
I'm not saying not to take meds, they can be really helpful, just make sure you are aware of all the risks as well as the benefits.
I hope that didn't sound too preachy--I basically was just telling you what I wish someone had told me!

It is good that you are able to recognize that the anxiety is interrupting your daily routine. This indicates that it's time to visit your primary care practitioner. They can either help you work on this without medication, prescribe you a low dose anxiolytic or antidepressant, or refer you to a psychiatrist or therapist who will be specialized in helping you. Good luck!

It can be easily treated, but you need to call your doctor and explain your symptoms as soon as possible...it may be caused by a prescription medicine or something over-the-counter (OTC) that you are taking... anxiety can be linked to other disorders or diseases...it may not be "all in your head"!

see your doctor first in case it is physical and I will give you a site to look at in case it is your self esteem. Sometimes a lack of confidence can also cause anxiety problems. Good Luck to you and I hope you can get past this!!

Yes! You should.
You really need to get medication for that.
Before you start having anxiety attacks.
You should go now before it gets worse.
