Hi
I shaved my pubic region 2 days ago, and since then it has been itching very, very badly, and there are alot of ingrown hairs. What can i do? I cant even walk without itching there. Help please. When will it stop?

if i excercise tae bo fat blaster(without the bands) & tae bo cardio...(99 minutes)

if i eat oatmeal for breakfest(weight control)

for lunch a pb&j sandwhich,granola bar(90-100 calories),fruit(apple),water

dinner-soup

My 23 year old daughter is planning on a breast augmentation surgery and if I don't do some checking, she will go ahead and have the first surgeon she finds do the surgery for her. I am trying to find out what is the best method out there and see if I can get some referrals in O.C. area. I heard now days they go thru the belly botton and there would be no marks. Any guidance will be appreciated.

I heard that during Menstration, a woman's vagina opens to let the blood out, but also is open to let bacteria in, which can infect the inner wars of the Vagina and outside. Is this true?

Also, I heard elsewhere that sex during menstration can give you vaginal infections...

I wake up in the morning & i'm fine. Got stuffed up nose but after a blow i'm normal, however as the day wears on after 7 o'clock I start getting all these cold symptoms: Sore dry throat, shivery, sneezy & runny nose & sore itchy ears like right in the middle!. I just had a blood test. The blood test show low WBC (3.7), RBC (3.87) and high Lymph (50.2%). Meanwhile I got a urine test. The urine test show high WBC (73) and high leukocyte esterase 3+. What the results tell me? My doctor left me a phone message said that my test result is normal. But it is not normal from my point of view. I appreciate if anyone could tell me what the possible reason may be for this and what I should do about it. I had taken radiation contrast when I went through a CT scan several years ago. I am worried this is cancer related symptom.

I'm type 2 diabetic, taking insulin. I asked my doctor to switch me off Metformin; because I was having severe intestinal gas.
He switched me to Actos, which has stopped the gas problem.
My blood glucose readings have improved markedly; but I have gained weight rapidly in the elapsed month.
My feeling is that this is due to increased water retention.
Have others experienced similar side-effects?
What did you do about it?

I suffer from allergies and post nasal drip. I use nasonex and i clean my sinuses using a nasal cleansing pot. all day im congested and when i wake up in the morning there is so much mucous in the back of my mouth. Now my throat hurts and i can't seem to get rid of my congestion.

i have never joined a gym,
what Gym eg LA Fitness,Virgin Active,David Lloyd etc is worth joining?!iim quite slim,toned,play loads football,very active,but struggle to put on weight,due to fast metabolism,
soo is it worth joining gym to beef up?!
