I just had a blood test. The blood test show low WBC (3.7), RBC (3.87) and high Lymph (50.2%). Meanwhile I got a urine test. The urine test show high WBC (73) and high leukocyte esterase 3+. What the results tell me? My doctor left me a phone message said that my test result is normal. But it is not normal from my point of view. I appreciate if anyone could tell me what the possible reason may be for this and what I should do about it. I had taken radiation contrast when I went through a CT scan several years ago. I am worried this is cancer related symptom.

With thanks in advance.

The low WBC is normal

The RBC count is likewise normal.

The high %age of Lymphs is ACTUALLY within the normal range given the low WBC. The number of Lymphs would be somewhere like 1.8 - pretty normal.

The WBC in the urine and the Leucocyte Esterase suggest a urinary tract infection. This might be all that is wrong with you at present. I wonder if your doctor is sending the urine for culture and sensitivities.

I would not mess around with this, expecially with your history of previous cancer and metastasis...I would be curious why your doctor did not order a Bone scan? in my opinion that should be the next step. An x-ray is not invasive enough to completly rule out another metastisis.
