It's not a new mole, I've had it for years. It also isn't big. I just don't like it. It's ugly

Go to your local pharmacy and purchase the wart remover products. I recommend the pads where you can cut them into shape the size of the mole. They contain a mild salicylic acid and it will burn a few layers of the mole off. Repeat until it's non-existent. If the mole is quite big, you may try cryotherapy which is also in the same section of the pharmacy. You apply it on the mole, and it will "burn" it off by extreme cold. Be careful with both salicylic acid and the cryotherapy, don't let it get on your healthy skin, it will burn that off too.

Do not, I repeat do not try removing a mole, especially from your face, yourself. Do not use over-the-counter wart removers or freeze products. If you read the caution labels you will see that they warn against using them on moles. There is a reason for that. You don't say if the mole is new or not. You also don't indicate if the reason you want to remove it is cosmetic. If it is a new mole you can't not afford to have it checked, it could be cancer.

yes if you want to risk leaving a scar
it depend howbig the mole is
i had a big mole on my hip
i took a couple shots of vodka
iced the mole
then w/ a needle i "sawed" around the mole and eventually dug it out
this was back when i was like 16 or 17
the scar is barely visible 6 years later

if its a facial mole....

If you do you run the risk of bleeding to death.

The head and face have a huge number of blood vessels.

And a mole is usually deep. Infection could set in.

Absolutely NOT! Moles have a good blood supply and if you cut into them you WILL bleed AND be open to infection.
