At 21 i got pregnant with my 1st child and sadly was left to be a single mum living at home. Got myself sorted tho and met a really nice bloke (who is now my husband). We then had 2 daughters together 1 of which i suffered really bad Post Natal Depression after, and the other, well she nearly died when only a few days old. I have also moved twice in the last year, got married, had my beloved doggie put to sleep and have my husbands daughter of 13 come to live with us permently.
All this I feel is beginning to get me down and depressed (apart from getting married of cause)
My question is - Is this alot to go through in such a short amount of time? And if so what should i do to make myself feel better?
Reason why im asking is cos my doc wants me to see someone and i'd like something to go on.
Many thanks for your answers

For thousands of years the North American Natives have used all kinds of natural medicines like birch bark for headaches, and this is where aspirin comes from.

I just made a pretty gross smoothie but drank it for its benefits. It consisted of milk, grapefruit juice, pineapple juice, and vanilla weight gain protein powder. I don't recommend it. I ran out of milk and had to substitue. What are some other gross but healthy smoothies you drink? I thought about mixing raw eggs in this one.

I have a friend who has been in a coma for almost 3 weeks, but he is breathing on his own and not relying on machines to live, except for feeding. Yesterday, he opened his eyes and mouth, it looked like he was trying to talk but nothing but drool came out. He has been in a coma for a long time...will he survive this? If he opened his eyes, is he still considered to be in a coma?

I don't get drunk or obnoxious and it doesn't upset my wife, but I have more than the recommended amount, and I have expensive tastes (fine ales, single malts, vintage ciders). I would like to drink less but seem to just be in a rut with it or something.

Every so often my leg feels like.... its hard to explain. Like I can't keep it still.. I just want to stretch it. But its not a sore muscle. I get sore muscles all the time from gymnastics and it feels nothing like that. It usually only happens in one leg, but once it did happen in both and it was horrible. It happens at both night and day and its rlly hard to sit still during the day with it and its rlly hard to sleep at night with it. I don't get it too often but when I do it lasts a long time. I have it right now in my left leg and i've had it since like 11:00 this morning. Does this sound like restless leg syndrome? If so what can I do to help it?

I'm getting my braces off next month and I am so nervous. Not so nervous about the brackets because they have accidentally taken those off while tightning them and it didn't hurt, but I'm nervous about the molar bands. How do they take them off? I go back in 3 weeks to get the bands taken off, a few brackets and to get impressions done and then I go back 2 weeks after that to get the rest of the hardware off and to get my retainer. How do they take impressions with the braces still on, sounds kind of stupid, wouldn't they just come off with the impressions?

I cant imagine eating 5-6 small meals per day. However I am willing to try just about anything (other than drugs) to lose this extra 60lbs that I have been carrying for several years now.

When they say you need to eat 5-6 small meals, does that more or less mean 5-6 small snack like meals?

For example, yesterday
for breakfast I had 8oz of low fat yogurt.
about 3 hours later I had a mixture of unsalted peanuts and organic dried cranberries that I made. (1/3 cup peanuts, 1/3 cup dried cranberries).
About 2-3 hours after that I had an orange.
And about 3 hours after that I had a tomato basil salad (With 2 cut up tomatoes and a few basil leaves, in some seasoned rice vinegar)
And the last thing I ate (3 hours before I went to bed, and 2 hours after my tomato salad) I had a small apple which I dipped in 1table spoon of peantubutter.

Is this what they mean when they say eat small meals?? Am I doing this right??
