the goal is to teach your body not to ejaculate as quickly starting till you get to the point of no return(pnr) then stoping delays ejaculation but some times still gives you an orgasm... plainly stated it basically over time lets you control when you ejaculate(and orgasm) because you'll know when its coming and have control over your PC muscle and if you feel you don't want ti to come then you can harden that muscle thus extending the time before you ejaculate. this though if done wrong can lead to retrograde ejaculation although with retrograde ejaculation you get about 5 good years of being multiorgasmic before getting soft when that finally builds up enough to effect your you'll get ed and have to have a few surgeries and so much more...

I've heard about this technique many times, but I don't know how it's supposed to stop premature ejaculation. Drive your wife crazy, maybe.
I think the best way is to masturbate earlier in the day, maybe a couple times. He'll be so numb he won't know where he is.

It helps cos it feels like you are building sperm up, although thats not technically true. Gives better orgasms if used with the 'stomach tensing technique' which allows u to control better once u can do it properly.

When you are familiar with your body you can tell when orgasm is close. That allows you to stop stroking before you have an orgasm. Therefore you can last as long as is necessary.

I think it helps you learn to control yourself longer so the erection lasts longer.
