Every so often my leg feels like.... its hard to explain. Like I can't keep it still.. I just want to stretch it. But its not a sore muscle. I get sore muscles all the time from gymnastics and it feels nothing like that. It usually only happens in one leg, but once it did happen in both and it was horrible. It happens at both night and day and its rlly hard to sit still during the day with it and its rlly hard to sleep at night with it. I don't get it too often but when I do it lasts a long time. I have it right now in my left leg and i've had it since like 11:00 this morning. Does this sound like restless leg syndrome? If so what can I do to help it?

I get this too, and I actually found a product that really works and relieves the discomfort almost immediately. It is an essential oil called Natures Inventory Night Time Leg Calm. It is an oil that you rub on your lower back and the restless feeling is calmed. Not sure how it works, but it is a great product and I like it because I am not taking anything internal. You can buy it on line.

Yes, it's restless leg syndrome. I suffer from it too and it drives me mad, especially when I'm trying to get to sleep. Unfortunately there is nothing which helps. I have spoken to my g.p., no luck.
