Abonormally sticky vaginal discharge?

Yeah I'm not sexually active but i do masturbate. sometimes I get some sticky transparent stuff when im not masturbating or really horney? is this normal?

Yes, this type of discharge is your body's way of letting you know that your period is going to be coming soon. The two weeks before your period where the discharge is the stickiest is called ovulation.
