Most professional therapists and psychiatrists don't identify strongly with religion. If you are seeking religious counseling, talk to your pastor or priest.

Depending on what kind of health insurance you have, many Christian psychiastrists (and psychologists) will identify themselves as doing counseling involving "religious" or "spiritual" issues. So, if you can access an online directory of your health insurance providers, then you can see their names and areas of "expertise."
You may also want to call Biola (Orange County) or Fuller (Los Angeles County), which are two schools that offer Christian-based psychology programs. Each school should have a counseling center, and if you talk to someone at the center, then they may be able to refer you to a Christian psychiatrist.
Good luck.
