But if your Interested Start to read the Bible.........seriously , everytime you start reading it at night you will automatically get sleepy............Not cause its boring but just the fact it will !!

I like a little grande marnier but I dont know if thats considered natural. The health or vitamin stores have something called sleep MD that is supposedly natural. I use it and it will help you sleep without making you feel sluggish in the morning. Warm milk?

Relaxation therapy - like a self-hypnosis. Most psychologists can teach you this in just one short session. It now takes me about one minute to fall asleep. Has changed my life. Good luck..

listen to a CD. Go buy one that is for relaxation. Take a warm shower or bath.
