Usually every time he has to pee, he says he pees but with semen as if he ejaculated, is this norma?

Cloudy urine is sometimes associated with urinary tract infections or other medical problems. If he doesn't know for sure that it's semen (believe me, he'd know), it might need medical attention.

Doesn't sound normal to me. There is no reason for ejaculate to be present if all he is doing is peeing.

Lady, Take your man/little boy, whatever he is, to the doctor PRONTO...that shouldn't be happening...The only time I guy should ever blow his load is when he has an orgasm....
