well i was always tall to start with. my growing stopped when i was 18. men do grow up to about the age of 21. men continue to mature though after that during their 20's as they become more hairy. my parents were both tall and so was my fathers father. i do not know what my predicted height was as i do not know what my height was at the age of 5. My father is 6'4" and i exceeded his height at 6'5". Yes i am tall, and more so than the average. Not to worry though as you are not going to change anything except through eating healthy and i am sure the hormones in the meats and milk will help.

I'm still 16 and 5'10", but my dad grew about 5 inches after 18 from around 5'7 to 6'0. It happens a lot, actually. His mom is I think 5'5", dad around 5'10-5'11.
