Hi
I shaved my pubic region 2 days ago, and since then it has been itching very, very badly, and there are alot of ingrown hairs. What can i do? I cant even walk without itching there. Help please. When will it stop?

Shaving does that to you. I recommed an anti-itch cream made for jock itch. It was made to put on your genitals, so it won't do damage, and it will take the itch away.
If you shave your pubes again, it would be best if you took a hot bath first and prep the area with shaving cream.

I am doing that and suffering the same plight. But it will only gets better after two or three days as the hair grows out of your skin...then itching will minimize.

I suggest that you trim it instead. Feels and looks better without the itching. Goodluck!

that happens when you shave there. the hair that is growing back makes it itch. put itching cream or lotion on it :) it should stop in a few more days when the hair is a little bit longer

Hey man, shave downward, not upward from now on. Or not at all. Just keep them buggers from getting ingrown. Thats all it is. Try using some Neosporin with pain reliever after you shave it!

You need to get some Calamine lotion and apply it 3 -4 times a day, that will sooth it.

Get some aloe vera gel -- sold for sunburn relief. It's very soothing. And NEVER shave that area again!

I can tell u have gotten an infection. Try to see a doc cos untreated infection can lead to sterility. Note that having infection does not come only when we have sex. It can also be gotten through the toilet

personal experience, it'll stop and use lotion... next time, try a hair removal cream (find one that's safe, btw) instead of razor blades.
