My sister really dislikes (may even say hates) vegetables and because we are roommates it's often hard to cook meals together (as I like a wider variety though am perhaps equally picky with some veggies like green beans, eww!), However, we both LOVE fruit, strawberries, blueberries, grapes, etc. "They" say to have 5-9 servings of fruits and vegetables a day, but must that be BOTH fruit and vegetables or can one have just fruit, in high quantities, but no veggies?
PS Any tips on getting a veggie-hater to not hate veggies? I just got her to start eating broccoli, but I think she still gags...???
