my breasts are a little saggy? and i'm only 19, is this normal??

im a size cup C, and i noticed that my breasts sag a little. why is that??? is it normal????

iv'e always worn a bra, even in my sleep i wore a bra until i was about 17.

How often do you wear bras? They might have become saggy because you do not wear bras often and gravity took over.

You have big boobs.
If you didn't always wear a bra, they will start to sag, no matter how young you are.
Mine are a DD and they've sagged since I was 12 or 13

If you lose weight, they should perk back up
