I usually just prick them with a sterile needle and let the fluid drain out.

Stick a needle through it, in one side and out the other, so it will drain properly. Remove the needle and press on the top of the blister to squeeze the fluid out. Leave it to heal. Eventually the skin will peel off the blister, but by then the skin underneath will be tough enough to stand up to the punishment.
Be tough.

No!.. Poke a tiny hole in it, and slowly drain the water/fluid/dried gunk, depending on which stage the blister is in, keep the skin over top. That way, when the skin over the blister finally flakes away, the really sensitive lower layers of skin will be tough enough to not hurt when exposed.

I am not a doctor, but I have worked in the beauty industry for a few years doing pedicures and manicures. The state board of cosmetology would prohibit myself or anyone else from doing a pedicure for you because this is abnormal and it truly sounds as though it is something you need to speak to a medical professional about. You may not want to take too long doing this, because it could lead to other problems such as an infection. So call your family physician and let them take a look at it.

I popped mine and it shot out fluid, it was pretty nasty! But it felt a lot better and I didnt put a band aid on it because it will make it too moist and soggy just let it heal and dont walk around barefoot to avoid infection

no you dont want to break the skin. Just protect it and cusion it. Breaking the skin opens you to infection. If it breaks on its own, which it probably will, clean it with soap and water, put antibiotic ointment on it with a bandaid. Change it daily until healed.
