The only bit of advice I can give regarding acne is that when you do get a zit with pus on the top, do not pop it for at least 12 hours so that the pus under the zit area will remain in that zit. Usually, the longer you hold out the better. If you pop it right away, the pus usaully fights to break out somewhere close to the zit you just popped. Then you have more than one to fight. If you do not get white or blackhead zits, then you should consider yourself fortunate in the zit game. As a female, although it's suggested that you do not do it, you may want to put some non harmful cream with a color close to your skin tone to cover the white pus head while you hold out the 12-24 hours. Good luck.

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.
The secret is never to touch the spots
Tips on how to treat acne and achieve perfect clear skin in as little as 7 days?

Depending on how bad the pimples are they may not clear up before Wednesday.. But you can surely make some go away.
Of course clean your face before bed.. Try using a wash MADE for your face. If you use plain body wash then it can clog your pores and make MORE pimples. I use purpose face wash that you can buy at Wal-Mart. Non oily, and sense my skin in sensitive, doesn't make my skin break out.
It could be simply your age for getting pimples. If you've started your glory stage that every girl someday will.. :) Then sometimes you get breakout every month around those times.
Just wash your face easy 2-3 times a day at the most, maybe look in to some neutragena pimple spot treatment, and get some face powder and you'll be good to go.!
Good luck girly!

First of all .....RELAX....stress causes acne! Use purpose face wash - it works w/out over-drying. Use a Clearasil spot treatment that works overnight. I know it sounds gross - but toothpaste works, too! If it doesn't go away, just use a natural looking cover-up or concealer to hide it. Also, find a concealer to hide the redness - at the drugstore you can find green makeup - yes green!!! You put it over the pimples and then cover it with your normal cover-up or concealer. Finish off with powder and you should be good to go =)
Makeup can do wonders - it's good to be a girl! And just be confident on Wed.!!! Confidence will show and no one will focus on your blemishes - we all get them!!!!

First, have you tried proactiv? It's very good. You can get it at wal-mart now.
This is an ancient Chinese treatment for acne--it seems weird, I know, but it works, because I've used it on my son and within a couple of days, his face looks soft and blemish free.
Take off any metal--rings, necklaces, etc. Metal stops the flow of energy. Put your left hand on your right calf, fingers pointing down. At the same time, put your right hand on your left calf, fingers pointing down. Relax. Watching TV is okay. Stay like that for 30 min or more each day.
Don't forget to wash your face with something hypoallergenic.

buy those clearasil stuff...if you don't have the money for it, get a cotton ball and put some mouthwash and wipe on the infected area (like astringent) and before bedtime, cover the zit with toothpaste, helps it dry up
proactive, acne free works great but costly
clearasil, noxzema and other blemish cream are affordable
