Get yourself some magnesium supplement, it is a natural muscle relaxer and is good for your heart as well. Take one tab each day, and you will no longer have the cramps in your leg.

If you can get it, i use heat rub or an ibruprofen gel, infact i'm using it at this present moment as i have pulled my calves.
Also a long bath can also ease the pain, and try to lie down if possible, to minimize the strain on the muscle. You may also like to stretch the muscle, to try and release any built up lactic acid you may have in there.
