Well there are different kinds of diet pills. I work at a weight-loss center and the diet pills we offer are things such as phentermine. First of all, before you even think about taking them you need to reallly be over weight. About how much do you weigh & wat is your height? There are plenty of safe things to do & safe medications such as minerals or vitamins that are safe & healthy to look at when talking about weight loss. I can offer you some advice and we can work some thigns out if you let me know about how much you weight and your height. After we decifer where you stand, we can take a look at a healthy approach for losing weight!! Remember a lot of diet pills aren't safe, especially when you stop taking them, people tend to gain even more weight than what they had in the first place. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me by email. GOOD LUCK!!

I know this isn't the answer you want, but diet pills in general do not help. They may help for a while, but you will gain the weight back (speaking from personal experience). What you can do is change one thing in your habits and that usually will make a difference. Like don't drink regular soda anymore. Cut out sweets except for once in a while. Try exercising a little more also. These are the things that WILL work and if you are under 18, they will work quickly (metabolism is faster in younger people. I exercised for about a 1 1/2 hours 4 times a week and looked great. I could also eat basically anything I wanted. Everyone is different. But diet pills can cause heart palpatations in young people and most have too much caffeine to be safe for you. Change your habits, make it your lifestyle, you will see a difference.

Those diet pills are pretty much not good for you, especially for someone under the age of 18 years old. Where I work we sell diet and energy pills to persons 18 and older only.

No they don't, they reduce water weight. As soon as your off them the weight will pile back on. And yes definitely. Especially as someone under 18 has a faster metabolism and it's a lot easier for them to lose weight. Exercise and a low calorie diet will combat weight problems much easier than diet pills.

I lost two stones in two months from a 2 mile walk and no more than 1000 calories everyday

Please don't take them! Most of them are speed (amphetamine based) and those you can buy on the web are not really pure.

A healthy veg and fruit biased diet with regular exercise is much better and safer for you.
