My 3 yr old neice had a seizure while she was sleeping last night. Anyone had this experience?

We dont have any test results today. If you have experienced this what was the cause?

My niece had one at that age. She was fine, until she went to sleep. We took her to the hospital, nothing found. She never had another one, and is in her 40's now.

If it is not due to fever, it should be fully investigated.
I assume the person who witnessed & labeled it as seizure (did you see it yourself?) really knows one.
