Shortly after i'd finished drinking for the night I got horrible sharp pains in my chest spreading down to my lungs and stomach. It felt like strong period pains but in my chest, didn't last long but it hurt so much. This isn't the first time either, a few months ago when I got drunk the same thing happened but the pain was mainly in my heart that time, and lasted up to a week, almost feeling like a heart attack at some point. I've got a disease that effects my fertility (PID), so i'm not sure if the drink has triggered off the pains i get from my disease or if it is decreasing my fertility more? I've been drinking for years, and these problems have only happened since I found out about my disease. Even when smoke a cigarette (when i did, as I gave up 3 months ago) I get the same tightening pains in my chest. I'm confused about what causes this. I think I may have anxiety on top of all my other problems, so could it also be that the drink is reacting and possibly the cause?
