Strength train, first. Muscle burns fat so it'll just make it easier for you altogether if you build muscle and the muscle takes care of what you don't want without much effort. Get in a little cardio here and there too, though, just for your general, overall health.

Also, even though you didn't ask, try not to be too hard on yourself. My daughter's boyfriend is 18 and quite thin. He has been rather thin his whole life, it's just his natural build and he has had and still does have some normal teen "beat yourself up, pick yourself apart" moments. He has complained of being thin before but that kid is downright adorable and good-looking and not only did he win the heart of my restless but beautiful daughter, all her friends always think he's the cutest thing they have ever seen.

Also, my daughter was 13 once and she thought she was ugly and fat (she's really and truly drop-dead gorgeous) but I was 13 and anorexic and I was convinced I was hideously ugly. And all that is my long-winded way of telling you to go ahead and improve yourself and take care of your health now rather than when you're older but....try not to be too critical of yourself and in case you're wondering, the girls feel insecure too, they are just better at hiding it. :)

Since I started to work out I was looking for a good weight loss product. I was on a diet but I felt that I needed a little "help" so I decided to try this great product and I had fantastic results. You can check their website at
http://www.greatgiftsyes.info , they give you a free trial and you only pay 5.49$ shipping and handling.

that should depend on your current level of body fat. I would not let the body fat get much higher than 16%
