it has to do with their skin and muscle layers-for every 3 "strands" of connective tissue we have, they have 2. This is why we get that dimpling look- there is nothing on the market or in the gym you can do about it. Its like trying to exercise to get your ears to sit flat....ain't happening

cellulite is a connective tissue disorder that mainly effects women with a small percentage of men afflicting by it. the connective tissue is basically lined up vertically allowing fat cells to stack up. cellulite is more prevalent in caucasian women then the other races. decreasing the body fat percentage will decrease cellulite along with exercising at a high level of intensity which increases growth hormone which helps to thicken the skin also reducing the effects
