it's OK to overdo once in a while and if you can't on your birthday, when can you? for the next few days eat less and exercise more. don't skip any meals as that might make you overeat later. also, some diet experts recommend you eat more some days and less others to keep your metabolism up. they say it's calories for the week rather than for each day that count.

Happy Birthday! Eating 2000 calories isn't too bad;) I would suggest lots of water & fruits and veggies will help balance what you ate today. Take a nice long walk, but not a stroll. Really, anything that gets your heart pumping will help you burn those calories!

Eat loads of fruits and drink loads, that will do. Do boking or jogging!Sex burns more calories, than normal exercise!

Just eat as you normally would. As a good friend once said, its just fluff. As long as you don't begin eating a lot on a daily basis, you will be fine. Just eat as you normally would and any weight you might have gained will be gone.

drink freshly squeezed lime juice.... add half amount of water. squeeze alot, like maybe 10 lime. no sugar or anything else.

dont eat nearly as much tomorrow. Try 7 pieces of sushi for lunch and a light dinner. Breakfast is skipable. Alsom trying jogging three or four miles.
