its all up to how hard you work. if you work hard and eat right you could double those numbers although eventually there are some limits to how strong you can get but it comes down to how strong you want to get and how hard you want to work. there isnt neccesarily a specific number that you cant lift or can lift if you work toward it.

to get the most out of workouts make sure your using good form and not too much weight that you cant keep form. hire a trainer to help with form and muscle gain if you have the time and money

there is no way to determine that as your training and dedication will ultimately determine how far you progress. in terms of power lifting most elite lifters don't peak until the late 30's to early 40's.

pick up a book on Periodization by Tudor Bompa
