I would suggest working your abs everyday. That tends to tear down the muscle fiber or just quit working your abs.. Personally, I love to see a good looking six pack, especially on a woman because it is so rare. A good test is to take your waist to hip ration. Yours should be below .8. Measure your waist at the smallest place and your hips at the largest. Divide you waist measurement by you hip measurement and if it is below .8 I wouldn't worry at all about your six pack.

you in basic terms choose to artwork out your abs as quickly as a week in case you choose super abs with deep grooves. you prefer to deal inclusive of your abs like quite a few different muscle group and supply them the correct quantity of time to repair themselves. you could desire to do weighted great gadgets. commence with crunches mutually as retaining a 20lb weight gently in the back of your head and do as many as you could until eventually failure, then drop the load right down to 10lbs, and then no weight. flow rapidly into bicycle kicks with 20lbs in the back of your head until eventually failure then 10lbs then no weight. devoid of relax, flow rapidly into ingredient planks for 30seconds on the two facets. relax for a million min then repeat for 3 gadgets. keep in mind do no longer workout consultation your abs for yet another week, your gonna be sore.

This is just genetics. Nothing you can do. I have huge calves that would put pro-bodybuilders to shame. Not much can be done. At least be glad you have a sixer.
