im trying to lose 20 pounds in 2 months. and so i wa wondering if this diet would work.
breakfest: home made fruit smothie and one piece of toast with nothing on it.
lunch: a cup of salad with no dressing, 1/3 cup fat free crutons, and a boiled egg or 3 oz of boiled chicken.
dinner: 3/4 cup of salad w/ no dressing and no crutons , a baked potatoe with 2 tbs on smart balance butter, and water.
i have at least 1 cup of 1% milk per day.
