im trying to lose 20 pounds in 2 months. and so i wa wondering if this diet would work.

breakfest: home made fruit smothie and one piece of toast with nothing on it.

lunch: a cup of salad with no dressing, 1/3 cup fat free crutons, and a boiled egg or 3 oz of boiled chicken.

dinner: 3/4 cup of salad w/ no dressing and no crutons , a baked potatoe with 2 tbs on smart balance butter, and water.

i have at least 1 cup of 1% milk per day.

Wow. I went to 8th grade in 1989! I was so tickled pink. I thought I was Miss Thang! LEI jeans with leather patches down the front were in back then. So loooooooong ago. I wish you the best school year. Have fun. Oh, and don't wear all your new school clothes right away, mix them in with what you already have. Make us proud.
