I had blood drawn for a standard blood test (cholesterol, etc.) last week and now i've got a silver-dollar sized yellowish bruise on the inside of my elbow where the draw was. I can't remember this happening before with previous blood tests or donations, but I may just not have noticed. Is this a normal thing, or should I be worried?

I'm on a heavy does of antibiotics for a helicobacter bug, I've to take 8 a day for a week.

Two 500mg amoxocilin 2x day
One 500mg clarythromycin 2x day
One 20mg omeprazol 2x day

I have a really bad taste in the back of my tounge since starting them, like bitter cat p*ss, is this from the anti biotics?

hello doctor,i wanted to talk to you about something that has been bothering me for a long time. im experiencing panic attacks, and i cant stay in crowds, or in public. i dont know what to do. i get short breath,shaky legs and hands, and i cant stay still because i feel like im being judged. i cant relax, and i have hard concentrating whats in front of me, but worry about the others in the back. i know this sounds weird, but im young, and i need the help i can get. my heart races as fast as it could, like im having a heart attack, and in my ear, i hear my heart pumping. i feel like im losing control.


what would you tell me if you were my doctor?
im going to him tommorow, so i dont want this to be worthless.thanks!

I am 180 lbs and do cardio 50 min a day (3.8 mph) 3x a week. I also do strength training 3x a week. I'm on a great diet and supplement it with CLA pills and protein shakes. By the way, my body fat is 18.2%.
