Yes the easily seen by means of radiolabelled RBC or any contrast media found suitable by the nuclear physician.

If you're asking about a nuclear stress test, the answer is yes & no. The interpreting cardiologist will see abnormalities in uptake of the tracer in areas of the heart that are USUALLY perfused by the circumflex. Due to anatomical variations, it's possible for an individual to have that area fed by a different vessel.
