I dont think its infected .. i make sure I brush my teeth and rinse with warm salt water after every meal. It doesnt hurt but the smell is bothering me.. is this part of a normal healing process or should i be concerned?

About 25% of people will experience some form of major depression.
Panic/anxiety disorders are common as well.
Personality disorders add up - who doesn't know a narcisist, borderline, histrionic, avoidant personality, anti-social, etc?
Bipolar and the schizos are another 4%.
Then there are the officially neuro problems like Asbergers, Autism, etc.

Normal is a statistical average. It is an ideal, not reality. Since no one is perfect, the discrimination against mentally ill folks is absurd and borne of denial and ignorance.

I am 5"6 and weigh 155lbs.
eeeek.
I am quite a confident person, and I am not losing weight because I think it will make everything perfect etc, I'm not stupid!
I'm going on holiday in september, and I know if i want to look nicer in my bikini I need to lose some weight.
I eat healthily, Im vegetarian and I've removed all fatty foods and junk foods out of my diet, and i use my exercise bike or i walk for 30mins every day.(but only been doing this now for about a week)
But i was just wondering if anyone has any good tips or advice to help me lose as much weight as i can as soon as i can?

i am a virgin, i have heavy periods and i want to use a tampon but it hurts everytime i try to insert one just a little. i also heard that the tampon can cause microtears in the vagina and that scares me alot. I hate the answers i get because it seems no woman is a virgin anymore so they say anything like "oh it doesn't hurt just shove it right in!" i really want an answer from a virgin who has inserted a tampon before.

help. i don't want to be uncomfortable with pads all my life.

and also if you are heavy...like over 2 cups of blood per period, are tampons equipped to hold up?

I heard soaking shaving razor in vodka does those kinds of wonders. I'm wondering if rubbing alcohol does the same, or does it like make the razor corrode/rust faster? I've seen that alcohol volumes for vodka is in the 35-50% range, and rubbing alcohols in 70-95% range. What difference would it make to soak the razor in higher volume of alcohol compared to lower?

my 20 year old lover terri and i have been a couple for a year,we met while playing football with a group of lads(he was on one team,i was on the other-his team won),he told me in confidence that his uncle sexually abused him as a child and make him do things that no human should make another human do.Terri wants me to beat and bite him during sex/foreplay,as far as i know i am the only person he has told this to,what can i do to help him from this nightmare and can i take the law into my own hands by hunting down his uncle?I have never met terri's family yet,Terri is one very messed up person he used to drink all the time and take drugs from the early age of 13 and used to 'work on the streets' until he was 18.

I read that for overweight people walking is better than jogging because of less sideeffects. They say that in the long run, jogging can cause damage to joints. I am an overweight person (82Kg/166cm/30years) and I have jogged for a few months without any joint problems. Now I want to know if it would be better to stop jogging. Walking is not for me..I find that boring and prefer jogging. What would you suggest? If you are experienced please share it.
