How long has it been since you injured your foot? It is normal for it to swell after an injury. The swelling will gradually go away over the next 2-3 days. If it is less than 48 hours ago, elevate your foot as much as possible and continue to use ice. Don't keep the ice on all the time, though. Usually 30 minutes on, 30 minutes off is a good rule. Taking an anti-inflammatory medication can also help with discomfort and swelling. If there is no decrease in the pain and swelling in 3 days, go to your doctor and get checked.

Hmm, if the swelling doesn't go down, I would go to the doctor. Try webmd on the internet and see if there's anything...

Go to the hospital and get it checked out.

Relax..let it take care of itself. Don't be a baby about it. If it was serious....you would know it.
