there's this girl in my school who topped our school and is an all rounder too. though i act better than her she got selected for the skit by voting . i feel so demoralized and pathetic .wt do i do? earlier i had a lot of confidence in my self but now i feel worthless and am not able to concenterate in any thing else . tell me wt do i do?

Even if someone makes all the arrangements and pay for the holiday, still I dont wanna have a holiday this summer. What can be the reason for that? Is it normal not to want to go on a holiday? Do I have to force myself to have a holiday?

Been thru a divorce 2 1/2 yrs ago. Thought I would spend the rest of my life with him....but i wasn't happy with the way he was treating me. Never physical, but mentally. He recently had a child and I can't stop being emotional ! What is wrong with me ??? I never took anti-depressants and I'm trying to run/exercise more. Is this normal ? Will i ever get over this ?

Last wk I posted about having swelling and soreness in my nose, was determined to be sinusitis. We've been staying in motel room on contract job for three months. We've been noticing a nasty musty smell for three weeks now, and it's only when the ac is on. Is it possible that there's mold in the ac, and that caused my strange problem? The filter is cleaned weekly. Could the two things be related???

I havent had my period for 3 months and im guessing its from stress and being unwell after a major operation on my jaw. I was wondering if when it does come will it be really heavy? WIll the blood have been built up from those past 3 months?

I quit smoking with the help of a drug called Chantix and that caused me to really get sick. I ended up on 11 different medications to combat the side effects of each pill prescribed. I got so fed up that I threw out all medication except for hormone pills(which I intend to throw out eventually as well), and I turned to supplements in order to restore my health.
Believe it or not, I got so much better that I wished I could tell more people about this. I breathe better, I sleep better, I got rid of athritis pain, I got rid of an eczema, I got rid of bowel problems and I got rid of a kidney problem---all of that by taking a supplement.
Why are so many people afraid to use natural medicine instead of prescription drugs? I heard a report on tv this morning that ALL diseases are caused by a deficiency in nutrition and I also found out that a lot of nutrition needfed for the body to heal itself is not consumed in the western world. A friend of mine did combat diabetes naturally!!

If someone is Anorexic and without any medications is amenorrheic, can taking birth control pills start up their period again?

I have heard that it can't because the placebo week of your period is just an absence of the heightened estrogen hormones so if you're body wasn't naturally menstruating it wouldn't start.

What do you think?

I am 16 years old and I do have mild depression. However, my depression intensifies when me and my boyfriend fight. When we do I get severely depressed and I do have suicidal thoughts, although I don't like that I do. I always consider suicide a relief, in case I do get overly upset then I can simply just do it and be done with it. I suppose I am very jealous of girls who talk to my boyfriend, and I recently got him to quit his pornography addiction, which made me feel very sick and sad. I don't know what to do. I have been on medication before but got off because I didn't like the effects it had on me. I am considering therapy, but am a little nervous about the thought of telling my most personal thoughts to a stranger. What should I do with my depression and the thoughts I get from it?

I've been with my girlfriend for 4years now and she has a very tight vagina which was operated on last week as the doctor said she has a condition called vaginismus.We tried having sex but I'm still to be able to get a penetration because it hurts her a lot and neither could my finger enter beneath the nail section.Could anyone tell me what the problem could be?Or could it be that my penis is too big?

when it's that time of the month for me... my stomach seems to play up ( i suffer with acid reflux) and i think it plays up because i am sensitive to hormone changes. does anyone else get like this a week before they're due? sometimes i come down with a cold or even a cold sore and generally feel "unwell" i am 29 yrs old so i've my period for many yrs since i was 12 and have lived like this for all this time. i was wondering what might be done about this? i don't want to take birth control though because i've tried it and i didn't like it.

I'm on the Nuva Ring, and i take it out while having sex so that it's not irratating, but i do have some "pain". The guy I'm seeing isn't overly big or too small, but when we have sex i do feel some major pressure inside, and i know it's not from the ring since i take it out for that. Any other women who get this feeling? It's been this way every single time and we've been going at it for almost a full month now. We've tried every possition, same feeling, and i still havent been able to get off either. thanks!

A few days ago I noticed a brownish discharge after going to the bathroom. It also has an odor to it. Then today it became more like light blood spots. Now there is a slight itch involved also.
