I am preparing for my trip to Brazil (seeing as brazilian women are so hot) and want to lose 38lb in the next 16weeks before i go there. Can anyone give an advice and tell me if this is truley possible with dedication. I am planing a whole healthy eating exercise programme say three times per week. Anyone got any suggestions to help me progress quicker and achieve this goal!! Thanks guys and gals!!!

Person tells me im paranoid after they mentally and emotionally abuse me. Whats the purpose of somebody telling you you're paranoid when its really happening? They act like they've done nothing wrong and make me look crazy when im fully aware of what just happened and so are they. They even went as far as to deny things completely that we both know happened. Can you tell me what someone gains from this tactic and why they would use it?

I have been on the pill for 4-5 months and this time my period only last one day and there was a light flow.. is this something to worry about or is it semi normal? Generally since I started to take the pill I have had odd periods but they would last at least 3 days.

Hi all, I am asking this question on behalf of my mother, she had breast cancer, then she had an operation and then radiation so the cancer is all gone (Not sure if that's worded properly), anyhow, she must take tamoxifen to prevent the recurrence of the cancer.

We live in San Francisco but we are currently in rural Sabah, Malaysia, you can only get a months worth of the drug (30 days) but we have been here for 25 days and will be here for another 9 days. She currently has 5 pills, and you are supposed to take one each day. Is she in danger if she takes them all for the next 5 days and has a 4 day break? Also, how should she take them? One every other day? Every day until runs out? Etc..

(Also, the original plan to deal with this was that my father would come and meet us and bring with him another month's worth, but he couldn't make it)

So please help!!!

We are on a single wage as he is studying & seeing a professional is way out of our means right now. This is also compounding his anxiety. He has a focus on cancer, especially skin cancer as he is very fair. He is a chronic 'self-diagnoser'. I recognise his terror, stress, confusion and embarrasment and I need help to assist him to manage and cope until we can afford a psychologist. It is heart wrenching to see this intelligent, strong masterful man being reduced to a crying mess in my arms.
Please help!

OK i went for a pap two weeks ago and the pap was normal so nothings wrong.

I am on the pill mercilon, i have been taking it for 2.5 yrs. i miss a few pills every now and then. last week tues and wed i missed pills due to losing them... they popped out the pack and landed somewhere and i havent seen them since! then two days later (friday) i started bleeding. i am in the third week of my pack. its very brown and sometimes red, it has been going on like this for 4days, very light though- i cant use a tampon coz its too dry i have also had cramping during this time. so it could be considered spotting. the thing is i have been having unprotected sex with my partner for a few weeks, is this breakthrough bleeding or could it be implantation bleeding? i did miss a few pills in my first week of this pack due to stress and general forgetfullness. i have never had breakthrough bleeding before! and i have missed pills like this before.

will i get a normal period when placebo comes?

I don't know how I did it, but I looked at my pills this morning and the next one in line was Wednesday's not Monday's. Somehow I've managed to take two extra pills without realising, I take them first thing in the morning when I take my three thyroxine tablets, so I think I got them mixed up.

Will this have any bad effects?

5 minutes just to get it in properly bcoz it hurt too much I couldn't bear to open my legs wide enough. The doc said I have very low pain tolerance. The scrapping part (to get a sample) is relatively painless though. Care to share your experience?

i am a 25 years old male,normal weight and tall with MVP (Mitral Valve Prolapse).i started having irregular heartbeat at the age17. my doctor gave me propananol tablets and it worked for the time.i usually have anxiety and stress.i do checkup every year and doctor says i don't need any special diet or treatment.i get a terrible palpitation during or after sex once in a while.if you have MVP you must be familiar with the condition.
do you suggest any precaution or have you tried any medicine which worked on you so i can try it too?

Please help Me. I sleep late in the night around 1 am & get up at around 8 am - 9 am. After 7-8 hrs, still I feel Tired & Lazy for whole Day.
I have tried a few medicines, Vitamins with the prescription of my Local Doctor also but all in vain.
I was very hard working person & achieved a Lot in My Life but now as wrote above.

alright, so last night i was at a party and had about 3 and a half beers, and probably around 8 shots of smirnoff vodka. i puked everywhere and passed out last night, and then i woke up this morning and ive felt terrible all day. i was thinking just a hangover, no big deal, but now im starting to worry.
