Age is what you feel. It is just a number.

It is normal to lose some elasticity in the skin as we get older. It takes more to firm up as we get there too.

It doesn't make us "old". It is natural. Drinking water and eating healthy and exercising will help.

Boy ...if you think 24 is old, just wait!

We all have to stay in shape...and that takes regular exercise...when we are younger, it is just part of our lives...then we get a job, sit at a desk, etc...and have to find time.....so the answer is to eat well and find a good exercise program. I like the one on the Six Week Body Makeover Program. Includes how to focus on each area of your body and improve it. look it up on sixweekbodymakeover.com....it is well worth the $99!

May be she has lack of exercise and that is the result, You can tell her to do some light exercises and she'll be back to normal and feel like a young teen again.
