i'm on a diet and i'm trying to lose weight. is drinking yogurt drink and or yogurt bad too? PLS HELP ME. I'll sop drinking and eating those if its really not advisable for me. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

ok i missed two pills and then two days later my period showed up a week before my period is due, its lighter and more brown than anything else... it has been going on now for 4days (this is the forth day)
will i get a normal period when i take my placebo tablets in a weeks time
ive also had unportected sex before the bleeding started.

i asked this a few minutes ago but i didnt get enough information.

i get my period very irregularly--once every month and a half to two months. about two weeks after i end my period i get what i call period leftovers. its not mucus, that usually comes later. its just brown gunk. i want to know if this means im ovulating or what. what do you think its all about?

oh i've had my period for a while now. i'm 19. i have a very intense dance education that most likely keeps my period from being normal. i'm curious because i want to know about my ovarian cycle.

The pain isn't really pain at all. It is more of a soreness inside of me. During sex, I can feel him hit the cervix walls constantly and it hurts a bit. Then after, it is sort of sore. Would I have to get used to it? or is it something that I would have to watch out for?

ps.. lube does nothing! although it works wonders...

I am 28 years old and I have some kind of problem with showers and baths and cleaning myself. I NEVER take baths because I fear the dirty water swirling around me. But recently I haven't been able to take showers. I'm afraid of all kinds of germs like mold or mildew and even soap scum. I'm now getting hard scratchy widespread rashes all over my body. I can't remember the last time I showered. It was maybe 6 months ago. I just feel like showering and cleaning myself is either just too big and daunting a task, or is scary. I smell bad so I just put on a lot of deodorant and body sparay. I also feel that washing my clothes is a huge task that seems to big for me. If my mother doesnt wash it for me, they just stay dirty. I often smell like a homeless person.
I don't know what to do. I have no job and I just lay in bed and cry. I'm being treated for depression and anxiety and I'm on a lot of meds, but yet I still have this problem.

Since i was about 11 i've had a problem with spitting...Massive amounts of spit form in my mouth and I cant swallow it cause i will vomit...I have to sleep with a towel next to my bed so i can spit on it while i'm sleeping and this drives my boyfried crazy, but i don't know what to do...When i was like 14 a doctor told me it was my Sinuses, but its been 18 years haven't they gotten better or something....If anyone has a solution please help me..

so usually im fine on water..i love it! but last year, my parents old neighbors let their 3 year old son drive their boat and he decided to keep going in circles and wouldnt stop! we were seriously on our sides and thought it was gonna tip! my parents just recently bought a new boat and it was fun and fine until they are going fast and take turns fast and one side of the boat is touching the water, it freaks me out! im always afraid the boat is gonna tip over and everyone says it wont. i have to sit on the floor of the boat with my head down just to relax and that doesnt really settle it. the other part is i love to go tubing, ive never had a problem with it...but today for some reason i was so scared to be on it and i dont know why, and once i started going up in the air from hittin the waves i lost it and started freaking out and crying. i have no idea why. does anyone relate to this or is it just me? is there any advice you could give me?

About 2 weeks ago i found a BB sized bump on the side of my penis. It is underneath the skin. I never saw it there b4. It doesnt hurt execpt when i squeze it. When i squeze it nothin happens, execpt a pinching type pain. It has seemed to get smaller but i am not sure. It is not colored, until i squeze it-then it becomes red-which is no suprise. I am afraid of going to the doctor and havin him touchin around down there. I dont know if it is cyst, STD, or cancer or something else. I am praying it is just a cyst. If you can give me your opinion of what you think it is I would appreciate it.

well i'm getting ready to turn 17.
And i'm sexually active.
I need to be put on birth control but i don't know how to go about telling my mom.
She's knows i've had sex a few times, but still hasn't done anything about it.
I know i need this for myself cause i don't want to end up pregnant cause i have big plans for my future.
I know it would be smart to not have sex..but honostley everyone knows how the world is now.

sometimes when me and my bf are having sex everything is great until he hits a spot that gives me this pain either on my right side or left. ill stop for a second and then have he continue and then its great again. also every once in a while like once a month ill be lying down doin nothing i get up and i get this worst pain in my left or right side that i cant move or else it feel even more worse it will last for about 10 seconds then fade away. is there somthing wrong with me? what causes this?
